1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any service from Echo Hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Echo Hosting provides game server hosting, bot hosting, and VPS hosting services, all powered by AMD EPYC 9V74 processors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • •You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • •You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Echo Hosting services for:

  • •Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
  • •Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • •Conducting DDoS attacks or any form of network abuse
  • •Mining cryptocurrency without prior written approval
  • •Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • •Any activity that disrupts our network or other customers

5. Payment & Billing

  • •All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • •Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified
  • •Payments are due on the renewal date
  • •We accept UPI payments only (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI)
  • •Promo code ECHO2026 is valid for first month only unless stated otherwise

6. Refund Policy

  • •We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for new customers on first purchase
  • •Refunds are not available after 24 hours of service activation
  • •VPS services are non-refundable once provisioned
  • •Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket

7. Service Uptime

Echo Hosting strives for 99.9% uptime on all AMD EPYC 9V74 powered servers. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control including DDoS attacks, ISP outages, or force majeure events.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted. You may cancel your service at any time from your client panel.

9. Limitation of Liability

Echo Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
